I am a PhD student at the Computer Vision Group at University of Bern since 2018, supervised by Prof. Dr. Paolo Favaro. I am also cosupervised by Prof. Dr. Francesca Faraci at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland. I received my BSc degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2015 from the University of Naples Federico II and my MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2018 from the Polytechnic University of Turin. My research interest is focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning applied in sleep medicine. I am currently working on the automatic sleep stage scoring procedure. I am applying deep learning algorithms on electroencephalogram (EEG), electromyogram (EMG) and electrooculogram (EOG) recordings.
